Bilow... I think you'd be correct for your average muslim... But these extremists are willing to die for Allah because they believe they are being promised 72 virgins waiting for them in Paradise. However, for them to reap this reward, they must remain pure... Just look at Muhammed Atta's death note, if you doubt how seriously they have been brainwashed about preparing themselves to enter Paradise. What they fear most is not being able to claim that reward in heaven for their sacrifice on earth. That's why the threat of being tainted with pig fat and buried in pig offal was so effective when "BlackJack" Pershing utilized it in the Phillipines. Life may not be as important to them as it is for those of us in the west, but eternity is something they're not about take a chance on screwing up. Hawk
