Pigs are raised under rather hygienic conditions these days. However, the truth is that pigs enjoy wallowing in dirt and filth. Many a pig farmer has found that pigs are more at home in a dirty environment! Be that as it may, roasted pork, barbecued pork and sweet-and-sour pork are, to me, scrumptious delights !!! I personally know of a number of Jews and Muslims who wolf pork with gusto and wash it down with cognac brandy, whiskey and vodka, in secret.
