Over 80% of the time the Nasdaq has been up on November 5th. It has a fifteen year streak of unbroken ups. In these unusual economic times, these "streaks" are being broken. According to TheStreet.com, last week historically was the strongest week of the year for the Nasdaq. It had been up for 22 straight years. It didn't make it to 23 years. The Nasdaq was down last week.
