Tiger,
Another fine diatribe on soaking the rich. They drive heavier cars and so crush the pavement or in the case of a business drive trucks that take an imense toll on the infrastructure.

Based on this philosophy, you must think we should make fat folks pay a lot more as well. They consume more, pollute more and take up a lot more "space" and fresh air.

BTW some rich folks drive some very small (and fast) cars. I suppose you think they should get a tax break for this.
