yes, there are rules and conditions to be satisfied before a legitimate call for Jihad is made... and on top of all that, not just anyone can make the call... yet, the average person seems to lose sight of this.... which is why I suggested over and over again to the media to invite known Muslim leaders and figures and interview them about the rules and conditions and who can make such a call... but, that does not fit well with the media... regards amein
