WBE - It's a fact -
Wall and Broad Equities (WBE) and Izzy Weinhouse shorted SUNX stock in the millions of shares through Cananda and a couple of equally sleazy brokerage firms in Florida.
It's also a fact, and Par3 has proven to everyone on this board, that Wall and Broad Equities owned millions of dollars of TTR stock during the same time.
It's also a fact that Wall and Broad Equities was paid over a quarter of a million dollars by TTR (with or without Macrovision's consent) for "marketing services" during the same period.
And this part is my opinion only (I'm not a lawyer, but I play one on TV)...if they had the additional resources, they should sue TTR and Macrovision (if they are complicit) for tortious interference and purposeful market manipulation of SUNX stock and be held accountable to all the shareholders for the drop in SUNX stock from 83 cents down to where it is today.
What's the equivilent of $200,000,000 in YOUR country? I can tell from your posts you ain't from here (or at least some of the posters under the alias of WBE aren't from here).
