Dennis, Thanks for the Research. That filing at least explains the drop in price yest. I think WRSI has great long term potential, unfortunately I am sitting on a 50% loss right now IMO the stock won't drop much below the $2 so I'm going to average down. As to the 94 stock plan, I think I have a copy of the provisions, and will try to post the details later assuming I can locate it. David
