SFBC International Reports Record Nine Month and Three Month Revenues and Record Nine Month Earnings Nine-Month Revenues and Earnings Exceeded All of 2000's Outlook for the 2001 Fourth Quarter Continues to Gain Momentum; The 2002 Outlook is Extremely Encouraging biz.yahoo.com It was a great run while it lasted...and earnings came out...EXCELLENT earnings....but huge stock dilution has totally dampened the stock's appeal to many right now. Few realized, myself included, the dilution from the warrant conversion of 109%!!!!! Without that happening....(and having held those warrants and getting them called was a complete bummer) we would be at about 24+ right now. Few companies in this environment have come up with these kind of numbers, and it's a total disappointment to have it tank so far so fast after the announcement. CC
