The company must be working on a new & improved web sight as I don't see the old one. I see the company's web sight is under construction. Regarding Halloween, I think as you said, most sales were purchased before the event, so IMO it should be a non-event to earnings. I see unsold Halloween candy sales being discounted as always. This year however there might be an excess in unsold inventory. Christmas sales orders are probably mostly shipped already. This weekend I have seen Russel Stover,Mars, and Hershey Christmas candy displays. Boxed chocolate candy sales is where I would suspect some of the higher margined sales for SHD are. I know Hershey had trouble last Halloween due to ordering glitches in there computer system, and lost a lot of sales to competitors. Hershey stock is still very strong this year. This stock is very cheap compared to Tootsie Roll Ind,Hershey, & Wrigley's. However very small, and fairly new through a public offering, and trading on the AMEX make this company uncovered and stagnant. I agree with you Chris there is still time to buy here. Insiders have been selling, but IMO are anxious to diversify their holdings since the IPO. I like it for a long, waiting for it to be discovered someday.
