Given the more visible threats that are in the headlines, I doubt if anyone will care about containers. Anyway, a conventional or chemical threat from one won't bother anyone, it will be down at the docks, right? <g> A dirty bomb might, depending on where the wind is blowing. But that is the ideal delivery method for a nuke. Infinitely more of a threat than the missile defense we're spending billions on.

And speaking of nukes...
