Hmmm, nope didn't see that section. Actually, at the bottom of your message it said that Tramiel and Time/Warner were two of the people on the board of directors who were not offering stock. However, Mitchell and some other big people are. Also, the names at the top of the list are all small fish: they don't add up to 56 or 63 million? Was there more to the list, or am I just reading this wrong? It is certainly fascinating (and a little unsettling) that so many people on the board of directors are offering stock for sale at this juncture of the company (they had to know this would drive the price of the stock down even further).
