Robert, I agree. If MSFT did not give away these upgrades, or charged for them, could you hear the uproar? They cannot win either way because of their success. I for one do not understand how what they are doing is any different than what Netscape did. I recall they(Netscape) gave away browsers in their early days; but I guess rules are different if you do not have a hoard of cash to go after. Brian
