Cisco gained 56 cents to $17.82.> that's all CSCO need do is is merely suggest that matters look like that may possibly be getting better and we will probably get a goof-ball head-fake bull-move.Market is in a perverse ,wildly speculative mood,throw it one tiny bone of hope buyers will grab it--hope is the ticket these days.If that is the case,when out of probate,i will end up shorting market rather than looking for a buy-in.Max
