Tony, re: I still think of them more as Sayers and Butkus rather than the Frij, McMahon, etc., who were there during their most recent championship team. Not old enough to have seen the old Papa Bear Monsters of the Midway. I went to the 1963 championship game against in Giants, in Wrigley Field (GV notice I didn't call it Wrigleys). The Sayers, Butkus teams were fun to watch, but they didn't win a lot. The Payton, then Frij and McMahon years were great, lots of fun, especially '85. Ditka and Buddy Ryan coaching, lot's of characters on that team. Today's NFL seems sanitized in comparison. John
