RSTN sells metro ethernet equipment to service providers. CSCO isn't really a player in the exact same product category. Maybe you missed this article. lightreading.com CSCO makes some routers which are awfully close to what RSTN offers. Although, if you are going to bet on metro, RSTN is a metro pure play and CSCO is not.
