Terms like 'best' and 'easiest' are subjective. In my opinion no company has a clear technological differentiator. Though the marketing types would have you believe otherwise.

Regarding marketing focus: it's marketing AND technology. Enterprise customers will want front-office applications, and will want to integrate them. The more one vendor can provide, the greater the revenue potential for that vendor. You site Siebel and Remedy--you are no doubt aware that both companies have been forced by market pressure to broaden their product offerings. A 'pure-play' participant such as SWRT must either get very good at its narrow focus, or increase the functionality/integration of its products. I don't see it doing either.
