Joe, I think the clueless Best Buy sales reps are worse. If I was shopping for a new car, I'd be angry if my car salesperson knew no more about cars than BB sales reps know about computers. The problem here is that computers are sold like appliances such as TVs or washer-n-dryers. That shouldn't be the case, but how do you fix such a problem? Tenchusatsu
