Small caps will not perform as big caps such as MSFT will. Ciscos and Microsofts of the world with a ton of cash are kicking all their competitors. Investors right now only see as far as an hour from now, and that is why you have the big caps so depressed at these levels. But once things turn around, the big guys will be the first to move big time.
