MSFT stock price.
What is going to be interesting is how much of the uncertainty of the States not going along with the deal has been priced into this stock. There were believed to some holdouts and we got our first confirmation after the bell...still MSFT stock was up afterhours on the Cisco news.

My guess is that much of the uncertainty of a handfull of states 3 to 5 not signing is in the stock. The other interesting point would be the course that these states are going to take---the full legal battle just present their case to the judge at the public hearings phase. If the judge was to accept the deal after this period, it would make no sense to ligitate beyond this point with hearings sometime next year because of cost, and having to face a judge that already has approved a settlement. Stock should approach 70 within a week under this scenario. (made a prediction last week of 65 to 70 for this week--fingers crossed)

Large of number of states rejecting 7+ may not be priced into the stock..ie. it would either slip tomorrow or gain a lot less than the market.

Since there has been no other information coming out of the talks, my hope is that we will see only a maximum of about 3 oppose.
....maybe even full agreement if we are really really really lucky. (i hope this happens although I doubt it)
