Acell: The revelation here is that the Nasdaq BB does not exist. It is a wistful figment in the minds of those managers who control small companies and list their firms on the OTC bulletin board. The "Stock Detective" believes that the propensity of managers to proclaim "Nasdaq bulletin board" status is, in more than a few cases, a deliberate attempt to mislead the investing public. One could easily entertain the thought that this Nasdaq/OTC/ Pink Sheet labyrinthe serves well the interests of insiders, market makers, vested interests, et alii at the expense of most investors. Why create a knot of this complexity if not to obfuscate and confuse?
