Richard, Knight is good.

1. People Power

Additionally, the Company is pleased to announce that Mr. John Maher, MSc., has joined the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Maher held various exploration positions with Amoco in Canada and in the United States from
1971 to 1976. As an exploration geologist, his work in Central and Northeastern Alberta led directly to the discovery of three very large gas fields at Leismer (500 BCF), Hangingstone (150 BCF), and Kirby (1 TCF).
Mr. Maher also participated in significant oil and gas discoveries in northern B.C. and Alberta as Chief
Geologist of Sceptre Resources Ltd. In 1979 he founded Polaris Petroleums Ltd., which explored for and
discovered several oil and gas fields in Alberta and B.C., including a large gas field (150 BCF) at Pesh,
B.C. Since 1981, Mr. Maher has been President of Polaris Resources Ltd., which among other things, has participated in the drilling of a significant gas discovery in Banquereau, northeast of Sable Island, Nova Scotia. Polaris actively evaluates and participates in oil and gas ventures.
Mr. Maher brings with him extensive knowledge and experience that will assist Knight in advancing its
exploration and development efforts.

Mr. Chris Wright
has joined the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Wright brings extensive financial and managerial experience in the oil and gas field to the Company. Mr. Wright graduated with a BA (Economics) from the University of Alberta and a law degree from the University of Victoria. He has over 15 years experience in finance and corporate administrative management. He founded and now holds the office of Chairman of Velvet Exploration Company Limited, a firm with a market capitalization over $60 million with substantial holdings in the Canadian oil patch (Bought out at $8/share). Mr. Wright is also the Chairman of Can West Exploration, an oil and gas exploration company with operations in both Alberta and Colombia.

2. Geography

The company trades on the CDNX. Some of the directors and consultants are in Calgary. The rest are located in Vancouver and West Vancouver. Where would you rather see the addresses of the directors?

3 More Geography

Known as "The Energetic City," Fort St. John is the service and support center for the province's oil and natural gas industry.

Exploration and production activity as they moved in a record-setting pace for the past several years with much of the region's natural gas deposits - to estimated at a model largest in North America - still untapped.

Expertise is in demand from as far away as Russia and the Middle East, can be found amongst the city's wide range of skilled, energy sector professionals. Hundreds of large and small pipeline, well site construction, trucking and seismic companies are at work in the city, providing crucial support to a demanding industry.

Natural gas is widely proclaimed as a transition fuel, providing a cleaner burning, cheaper alternative to the mainstay energy sources of the past while work continues on the next stage of energy. The rapid pace of natural gas exploration and development, coupled with the steady expansion of production and transportation capabilities, has made Northeastern B.C. a key player in Western Canada's energy industry.

About 450 billion cubic meters of marketable gas reserves have been identified so far and an estimated 650 billion cubic meters have yet to be discovered. Natural-gas production greatly exceeds provincial demand, with most of the oil and gas exported to markets in Canada and the U.S.

Additional support is provided to the industry through the provincial Ministry of Energy and Mines and organizations such as the Northern Society of Oilfield Contractors and Service Firms.

The city has attracted and impressed some of the biggest names in the international energy industry. The area produces a variety of petroleum products including everything from oil in gas to butane and propane.

With oil and natural-gas supplies dwindling around world, Northeastern B.C. is set to become the powerhouse of Canada's energy industry. The product is available in huge quantities and the infrastructure exists to make even the largest undertaking a reality.

Alberta

Alberta has vast reserves of oil, natural gas and coal, and is one of the world’s top energy producers.

• In 2000, Alberta accounted for approximately 69% of all the energy
produced in Canada: 55% of Canada’s conventional oil (includes offshore)
80% of natural gas, 100% of bitumen and synthetic crude oil, and 49% of
the coal.
• In 2000, the energy industry made up approximately 21% of Alberta’s
total GDP.
• Energy exports of $24 billion were 70% of Alberta’s total exports in
1999.Exports included crude petroleum, natural gas, liquefied petroleum
gases, sulphur and coal.
• Over 30% of capital investment in Alberta is in the energy industry.
• In 2000 there were 8,951 new wells drilled in Alberta There are 293,700 km
of provincially regulated oil and gas pipelines in Alberta, connecting to a
network of pipelines crossing North America.
• The Government of Alberta owns 80% of the mineral rights in the
province. From this it receives land lease rentals, royalties
and bonus payments. These payments were over $10 billion in the fiscal
year 2000/01.

4. Recent News Release

Key words:
- Foothills Alberta
- Devonian formation
- Mississippian formation
- mapped structure 10km X 1km (multi TCF potential)
- Polaris Resources
- John Maher
- third party takes 50% ????

5. Financials

This company is the same company that raised about US $10 Million for the drilling of the EKHO well in California. They can raise money as needed. They have already demonstrated that.

6. You will continue to see this company find good projects, raise money for those projects, carry out work programs on those projects, promote their projects and give shareholders an opportunity to make money. Isn't that what it is all about? Making money.

What more can you ask of a junior oil and gas exploration company?
