08:18 ET Cisco Systems (CSCO) 17.90: -- Update -- Salomon Smith Barney raises estimates for
FY02 to $0.23 from $0.16 and FY03 to $0.40 from $0.32. New price target of $23 is based on multiple
of 40-45x calendar 2003 earnings or roughly 2x expectations for CSCO long-term growth of 20-25%.

07:57 ET Walt Disney (DIS) 19.16: Goldman Sachs downgrades to MKT PERFORM from Mkt
Outperform based on anticipated decline in fiscal 2002 earnings and lack of a sustainable near-term
catalyst; valuation remains unexciting.

07:52 ET Robbie on Comm ICs : Robertson Stephens comments on the implications of Cisco's earnings
for comm IC stocks such as AMCC, BRCM, PMCS, etc: says that while inventory levels have peaked,
the resumption of sustained sequential revenue growth could be more prolonged, and as a result, would not
be surprised to see a pullback in these stocks after the initial exuberance of Cisco's results have been
digested.

Regards,

Tom
