The only way for shareholders to come out with anything is if all the debt is paid off - or the debtholders are satisfied.

Bingo! The way I read it, this is what will happen.

edit: But you know more about the restructuring plan than I do. And I do not think it has changed that much recently. So, I am not diving in. Thanks for the help.
