Qwerty Stop being so negative! Nobody likes to see dilution at these prices. However, where do you propose STS get the money to acquire new properties? To pay for their trips over to Africa? To pay their operating expenses? To add shareholder value? I think even Bohdan recognizes that the company has no other alternative at this point.(remember how upset he was when the company announced the private placement at $0.83?) As for thinking that this is all a plan or scheme on the part of the company and its principals, you are entitled to your opinion which I do not share. Further, if you feel that the announced placements are being done at too low a price I'm sure that the company would gladly accept a private placement at a much higher price if you would care to arrange one at such an acceptable price. Hey if you feel that strongly about it, you may even want to lock your own money away in a private placement at the acceptable high price(didn't think so). If you had ever been involved with junior mining companies you would know how difficult it is to raise money. This situation has been made worse by Bre-X and Delgratia. As an arm chair quarterback your record is pretty good Qwerty. Things being so simple, why not start your own mining company and show the world how smart you truly are. If you do, please let me know because I've always wanted to short a stock and now I would have the ideal candidate. Philip
