If you look at STLC closer, you would see that cash and equivalents were in excess of 40 million (market cap was at $165 million), the RAID and hammer products remain the very best in the industry and sales were/are in such strong demand that manufacturing could not keep up. Why then are they in so much trouble now? That was my point with STDM. Even when things look their best, look for chinks in the armor. STDM is in a similar business as STLC with similar products (I don't think they compete, however). What you are saying about STDM is carbon copy of what was said about STLC. Just be very careful.
