Received this today by email: <<<Separate letters have been sent by the current board of both companies to inform shareholders of the scheduled shareholder meetings. There has been scheduled a Shareholder's meeting for both companies back to back on Tuesday, 11/13/01 starting at 8:00 AM in St. George, Utah. The letter states that proxies need to be received by 11/09/01 to be counted at the meeting. There is no need to send us your proxies for these meetings as we are taking alternative approaches to help the shareholders regain control in each of these companies. The legal process certainly is a slow one and the current board of Enviro-Tec/Western Waste is currently pursuing a motion to disqualify our counsel from representation. On our end, we had interrogatories prepared. The process has been slow (actually snail's pace) up to this point. Other alternatives are being investigated at this moment and I am optimistic that 2002 could be a good year for us.>>>
