Rick ... Guess some people just have a better knack for active trading in the penny stock area. Never had too much success at it and NIAR was just (again) a bad choice at the time I bought it. Better leave these things to those with more skill in this area. Just going to chalk it up to experience... whatever happens in the final outcome... profit or tax loss. Hopefully I will be able to do much better in two other low priced stocks, CYI and SOLP which I bought looking for (1) turnaround and (2) growth with a 12-18 month horizon. Wish everyone well and hope that NAIR becomes absorbed into IRAE and we all get our 15 cents worth in the end. Jim
