Well, given their issues with past "forward looking statements", it's refreshing (to me, but with empathy for early investors) to see them still at it.

While 2001 objectives were missed big-time, I feel that any guidance was sincere. Perceptions of the science (and of what it can do) have fluctuated wildly since the IPO. Any class action lawsuit against the company is not justified or justifiable, IMO.
