THAT is logical behavior...but what about the behavior when the deal was first announced? The stock fell precipitously over 2 days. Was that logical?
The point is...there is some disconnect here.

Furthermore, I'm surprised HWP would climb on news like this. Carly's head has to be on the chopping block if this happens...which would lead me to believe HWP should get slammed.
