Big Business needs the billions of dollars to study how best to board up U.S. plants and move the jobs overseas. And, of course, a large portion of the rebated money would also go to increase corporate salaries at the very top ... also retroactive to '86 as well. Seems the 500 percent increase in CEO salaries from '90 to '99 just isn't enough in these fast-paced times. By the way, do you know how much Enron would benefit under the GOP tax scam that passed the House?
