Ya know, it is possible that the FACT of the old heirs voting against this merger and their reasons for doing so may represent and be the all the reasons why this merger should go together.

And the fact that they felt they had to announce now, or any time for that matter, may imply that the tide is infavor of the merger.

Hmmm, too many grassy knolls, rd????
