There were those two documented supercomputer design wins, both which sold processors in the hundreds. Other than that, I'm guessing Itanium has sold in the "tens of thousands". At $2-4k apiece for Intel (and 95% of that's profit), I'm guessing that Itanium was a contributor to Intel's Q3 revenue.

You don't think that Dell, IBM, Compaq, and HP are simply advertising these on their web page for fun, do you?
