I never said they were a start up. So if I implied this, my apologies. Yes I know that VOD has partnered for awhile.

My point being is that INSP will tout the positives in their announcements and sure would have eluded to the fact that, this too, was a long term contract, if they could.

Leads me to believe the scenario I painted... Still good news for INSP but how good ultimately remains to be seen.

If it helps VOD grow, then it helps INSP. You have to believe that it does.

Also it helps INSP to further its core business, all the while gaining more and more experience.

Like recent news releases, it is all good news...When attempting to figure out what is going to the bottom line, I am attempting to remain very critical. Like the "Going live in the first part of 2002" kind of news, ect...

My guess is that INSP will have some good metric growth in the next quarter cc, but the numbers will not look too great because of costs involved in layoff's of 200 employees and the costs of yet more reorganization, as well as favorable deals that they have with the carriers and other clients in order to drive adoption and usage. There could be some selling pressure due to tax loss planning.

I will buy some of my position back prior to the cc and then watch closely after the cc to buy the rest.

I feel 2002 will be grand for INSP.
