Tom--We are seeing a similar pattern to 'Supply Side Economics'. The basis of 'Supply side Economics' is you give the wealthy tax breaks and they will invest the money in various business projects and all will benefit. The flaw to this has always been people do not invest simply because they have money, they invest to make money. So right now money is cheap but no one wants it as potential borrowers see little chance of using it to make money. I have long felt and said that people calling Greenspan a genius and financial wizard should wait. He got credit for a big boom, now he has a lot bigger challenge, he has to get the economy out of a very bad slump. All the Best Druss
