When was the last time you heard of a bank being PROactive? Do you know how deep the pockets are of ABCN? I suggest you read back and then think about how Strapped for cash ABCN is,or call the wealth of information at FIBR Annette, she could tell you who the partners are. This looks like a last ditch effort for the shorts...especially if the post about nms is correct or if erns do grow to the estimated 38 MM by joe Gladue at chapman. My bet is that the next panic will be to the upside and soon.
