Verizon sales did not push web enabled mobile service very hard (in fact did not even mention it.) post.messages.yahoo.com Just ordered Verizon cell phone service by: howsmydrivingal 11/07/01 12:35 am Msg: 319518 of 319518 for one year. 550 anytime minutes, 250 VZ to VZ minutes and 3000 night and weekend minutes for $45.00 a month. Total 3800 minutes possible per month. Salesperson did not push web capable phone, I had to ask. They were going to set me up with short text messaging only. Now that I am finished with the order, I am not sure that I will have web access included in the price. I guess I assumed that I did because I ordered the web enabled phone but who knows. Sales person said with X-Mas coming, Verizon may offer added minutes or things like free long distance for the same price and I'd be free to change plans. I have searched many promo's and this is the best price for 550 anytime minutes that I have found
