Hi marcos; What I was getting at with "loonies" not being a term of art in the US is that very few people here could even name two cities in Canada, much less be familiar with the nickname for the local coin. (Maybe I should mention that Americans refer to all foreign currency as "play money", as it never seems at all like the familiar greenback.)

Re our queens... I'm wondering if every world power ends up with a collection of effeminates running around too. All the ones I can think of did. Now explain that one to me.
