I don't understand what you are trying to say.< If it were me, what I would be trying to say is that, considering CPU production requires more cleanroom space than Flash production, converting an old processor fab to Flash would seem wasteful. However, considering AMD will be converting Fab25 to Flash, it would seem difficult to argue against the Intel conversion without arguing against the Fab25 conversion.
