Dynamic Healthcare Technologies, Inc. names Michael L. Carlay Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
MAITLAND, Fla.--Dynamic Healthcare Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: DHTI) today announced the appointment of Michael L. Carlay to the newly created position of Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Carlay comes to Dynamic with twenty-plus years of information systems experience, including ten years of results-oriented sales and marketing successes with three leading players in the healthcare information systems market.
Prior to joining Dynamic's executive team, Carlay held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for AMISYS Managed Care Systems (now HBOC). He was responsible for leading the sales and marketing organization in growing revenues from approximately $21 million in 1994 to $46 million in 1996. He also served as Vice President of Sales for IBAX Healthcare Systems (now HBOC) for three years. While in this position, he restructured the sales organization and consistently attained orders and revenue objectives. Prior to joining IBAX, Carlay was a top sales executive with IBM's Health Industry Marketing group where he fostered the generation of over $800 million in sales of IBM products and services to the healthcare segment. He graduated with honors from Clemson University where he earned Bachelor's and Master's degrees.
