If you are looking at the same one as I am. Al Millar, the person that expressed himself about the buy out is the President. Lloyd Hoffman, the CEO's son is the CFO. I have not seen anything from him. Chicopee has said that they expect to build the food service shoe cover to $50M per year. Can they? I hope so. The gross profit margin on that would be about 40% so you get $20M gross, and say about $15M net. At a P/E of 15 that would give $225M divided by 20M shairs. About $10 per. You see a lot of assumptions and you know how you spell that. Jim
