Gottfried, Another great chart - thanks! The slope of the y-o-y falloff has been very steep on this last downturn. From the "eyeball" point of view, the slope looks essentially the same as the downturn in 1996, and is greater than the falloff in 1998. AMAT, along with the other semi-equips, has had a great run-up in October, but I agree, the stock should retest the September low(s) in the near future. Don
