Ok here we go folks with what we feel is the best course of action for current and past shareholders of WLGS. If you go to www.thedeal.com and in the empty box at the top enter the name Sedona you will see the latest episode in that Company's efforts to hold the funders of their convertible debentures accountable for fraudulent and illegal shorting, manipulation, false statements intending to harm the company and other illegal acts.
The names of many of the individuals and Banks and financial institutions involved in the Sedona group charges are the same as those involved with the WLGS convertible debenture issue.
Similarly, future investigation , may reveal that the same persons were involved in the Bashing postings on internet sites.
We will try and post the latest article on this thread but urge involved investors and former investors[as they can be included in any class action] to read earlier reprts re this problem on The Deal site.
It is our understanding that the SEC is preparing to launch a serious investigation into these matters.
We have been in contact with the Sedona principals and hope to be able to co-ordinate our plans with them and several other similarly adversly affected Company shareholder groups.
Successful rulings could result in substantial recovery by damaged shareholders as the offending groups and institutions have significant assets that have been frozen.
At some time shortly we will attempt to bring together those people who have indicated they would support a class action suit against the Bondholders. It looks like the major costs and efforts to determine the actual criminal actions that could result in a favourable suit will be done by the SEC.
We will attempt the posting of the Deal article in our followup posting after the above is posted.
