re: some future earnings: How far into the future do you think investors will pay for future earnings? (I think, not more than 12 months) I'm looking at the PE and the 12-month forward earnings trend, and thinking there is a disconnect. For now, I'm holding my QCOM (10% of my portfolio, bought at 40 during the recent panic selling). But, if we get to January, and the stock is still at these levels, with the forward PE in the 50s, I'm going to be thinking seriously about selling.
