No question its bargain seeking time. Just look at what these bargains have done in the last 6 months. WWY,VIP,BLL,DLX,SAM,PVR,FRE,SOL, MEU, SRM, GTK, OTE,GIB, EDS,BMS,DCI,CLI,AZO,BBI,GNSS,WBSN,WEBX,VSNX,etc, and not all of these are tech either. Hey, maybe even your famous pick EXDS might come out of busto.
