You're right. People are not buying AMD because they are waiting for the 10 GHz Pentium 4. And certainly AMD's "QuantiSpeed" rating is clear, concise, and not subject to twisted realities.

Don't forget that once Intel reaches 10 GHz, AMD will respond by slapping a "10,000+" rating on whatever they have. Now that's real progress! ;-)
