Michael, Investors are finally warming to the idea that, with the help of Greenspan's rate cutting policy since early Jan, we are in a New Bull market --- for Real now. As people see their IRAs and 401 Ks getting higher again, they are feeling "richer" again to plan some buying this Christmas season beginning Thanksgiving. Some will be planning for vacations and spend some money for enjoyment. Of course when companies see people buying again (they will be closely watching this Christmas), they're going to plan for next year --- hire and/or re-hire workers to further their aims for the future. People will get used to war of different sorts --- Life Goes On, we can't do anything but see to it that we do anything we can to continue living. We living things can not totally escape from war. We encounter war when we look for food and fulfill other needs. We humans even simulate war through Sports.
