Today is a video review of the stop loss trade that I took on Gemstar (GMST:Nasdaq). You will see why the long setup was taken, where it was taken and why it was stopped out even though the stop price wasn't jeopardized. It has a lesson about liquidity issues that pertain to risk and slippage possibilities during certain trades.

Many times, I know we exit trades in loss only to see them return to profitability later. However, one trade doesn't make a career as long as you manage your losses. It's a series of trades that matter and over time, sticking to your discipline unemotionally, will keep you ready for the next trade.
