Jeff, you are quite right. My intention was to hold these things much longer but the way things have started off here make me suspect of my position/trade idea. Its turning into a shorter-term trade than I intended. Although if we dump 100 points at the open, I'll change my tune. I do believe we are near a solid correction and should probably just go short and forget about it for a while but we should be dumping hard. And dammit, everyone and their mother thinks we're going down tomorrow. I am probably like you in that I am spooked at getting burned. I am still going to get short for a longer trade, just not sure of the timing.
