'War is such a messy business, and there are many who
want no part of it, but rush to bask in the security blanket of its victory.'

The US, who has a long history of giving untold hundreds of millions of dollars in aid to these countries that were devastated by war, famine & natural disasters. In times of war & oppression, we sent millions of American soldiers with many hundreds of thousands making the ultimate sacrifice, so these countries & their people could be saved from tyrannical murderers & horrific oppression. Rather than giving credence to the idea that these countries & their people might be somewhat supportive to a just cause initiated by the USA, you find a way to make excuses for their lack of support by putting them on par with a bunch of needy, opportunist raccoons to make your point.

'nuff said.
