CLINTON --- STILL PART OF THE STORY
It’s been rather pathetic, really, how Bill Clinton has tried to keep his name in the public’s eye during this war on terrorism. He wants us to believe that he really did all he could and none of this is his fault. “Hey, I tried to bomb Osama! He just slipped away! I did everything I could!”

Well … NewsMax.com tells us that head Russki Vladimir Putin with a different story. Vladimir said yesterday that he was disappointed that Bill Clinton was so disinterested in combating terrorism. “The former president of the United States … was in a very difficult situation. But even at that time we certainly were counting on a more active cooperation in combating international terrorism.”

Hey, Vlad. It’s called “symbolism over substance.” All that was important to Clinton was that the American people thought he was fighting terrorism. Reality was nowhere near as important as perception. The reality is that Clinton did nothing.
